Features

Big width between tie bars is roomy for mold installation and dismounting.
Special rotary plate structure features smooth rotation, the plate never drops and positions precisely. When rotating, the plate won't touch the platen wall, reducing the breakdown caused by frequent friction.
Double set of hydraulic circuit pressure system, independent control of injection pressure and injection speed.
Mold clamping system is made of up-down and inward direction double toggle. Clamping movable platen is firm and resistant of shape deformation that can fully protect molds and boost the product quality.
Simple design, easy maintenance.
New ES-650 Japanese-made controller with 10.4 color LCD display screen which can connect to computer to carry out centralized management and monitoring.
A.B nozzle is horizontally arranged; in-line double cylinders features simplification, even injection force, easy maintenance and low breakdown.
The main bed structure is square steel pipes that enhance strength and manipulating steadiness.
Reinforced platens' structure with help of PRO-E computer assistance analysis characterizes the Dual color injection molding machine series, the trend of molding in the future. Deflection rate is kept less than 0.01mm per 100mm length.

The Tie bars are made of NH48MV alloy steel imported from Japan. Their stress-eliminating design and machining strengthens the tie-bars rigidity without worry about the possibility of breakage after long-time use.
Unique turntable swiveling mechanism keeps turntable away from the moving platen while swiveling, reducing the wear between turntable and platen. In addition, certain specially designed device keeps the loaded turntable upright and guaranteed the mold fitted without failing.
Anti-spraying nozzle guard with three-ways doors, making operation and maintenance easy.
All moving parts are mounted with self-lubricant bushings to reduce wear and maintain high precision.
Use of energy-saving, low-noise dual displacement pumps and two separate manifols enhance the machine’s performance.
Each main components in the electrical cabinet are imported from Japan, Germany, such as TOGAML’s contactor, OMRON’s replays and timer. Use of SSR temperature control, featuring fast heating, accurate control of temperature quietness, and long service life.
The vertical double injection cylinders design keeps the injection pressure up to 2500kg/cm2, suitable for uneasy flowing materials. Besides it features a robust structure and stable carriage base, ensuring the fixed nozzle and steady injection. Screws are driven by high torque piston motors, reducing the cycle time and saving energy consumption. Front and rear independent injection units perform the molding phase simultaneously, shortening the cycle time and increasing the production profits.
