Features
- The servo motor and digital controller with closed-loop control, the controllability from low speed to high speed is excellent. Good reproducibility of the machine, excellent stability and controllability.
- 300mm/sec and high efficiency 0.01 accuracy.
- All-electric servo control can control the operation of each axis, and can also adopt compound multi-axis operation, which can effectively shorten the molding cycle time.
- The integrated platform uses linear slide movement, using a single-track three-slide, with high screw motion straightness accuracy and no shifting.
Clamping Features:
- Toggles are 4 points design, clamping force ratio is large, increase the ball screw’s lifetime.
- No touch design between tie bar and moving platen, reduce the effect on mold if tie bars are distorted. This design also achieves no oil pollution at molding zone.
- Moving platen pads use assembly design, easy to maintain and adjust. The structure is a high-rigidity 2-piece assembled wide platen, which is combined with a high-precision linear slide rail to effectively reduce the friction force by 90%, and ensure the parallelism of the platens and prevent the mold wall from being inclined. In addition to protecting precision molds and greatly improving the precision of molded products.
- The platens structure is designed by PRO/E finite element analysis software. After the safety factor is increased, the overall deformation is extremely low.
