Clamping Unit
The specially designed toggle mechanism effectively increases force enlargement ration, while reducing high pressure wear and stress on the ball screw and extending the service life of critical parts.
The clamping unit move on high precision heavy duty linear guildways, ensures parallelism accuracy between mold platens down to 0.01 mm. This prevents small precision molds from damage due to long time operation. In addition, the low friction feature of linear guildway may help to fully develop the performance of a fully electric machine.
The parallelism of the movable platen is not maintained by the 4 tie bars, and hence platen deformation due to elongation is eliminated. Another benefits is no heat growth on tie bars.
The clamping unit is designed with reainforced structure of mold platens to reduce the entire structure to a minimum deformation. The tie bars have been specially designed for breakage-free performance under normal operations year after year.
